Because our kits include structured curriculum materials, we recommend reviewing all components before use to ensure the program is a good fit.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or refund.
